What it is:
A menstrual cup, reusable alternative to pads and tampons.

Why it's special:
Made of 100% medical-grade silicone, the cup can be safely worn for up to 12 hours - good for you, your body, and the planet. Our all-in-one kit includes a multi-use cleansing pouch so you can get going with your menstrual cup anytime, anywhere!
  • 100% medical-grade silicone
  • Worn for up to 12 hours
  • A feel nothing flow

How to use

Fold and insert

Fold your cup and get it as small as possible. Gently slide it rim-first into your vagina, where it’ll unfold to form a suction seal. This keeps the cup firmly in place, and you won’t even notice it’s there!

Wear for up to 12 hours

Go about your day with less stress, less mess! Depending on your flow, empty it 2-4 times a day. Enjoy period comfort and peace of mind, whether you're up for a swim or down for a nap.

Empty, rinse, repeat

When it’s time to remove your cup, use the stem as a guide and reach in to break the seal. Ease your cup out, and then rinse it with water and mild, fragrance-free soap. It's ready to go again!

COMFY, BARELY THERE PERIODS

The Ultimate Feel-Nothing Flow

Made of soft 100% medical-grade silicone, the Blood Cup contours with your body heat to fit snugly in your vagina for that true “out of sight, out of mind” period experience! Featuring a natural V shape for optimal fit, along with a rounded stem and smooth grip rings for easy removal, the Blood Cup is all about better, more comfortable wear. And with up to 12 hours of safe use, it fits with your body and your schedule. So lie down, do a handstand or go for a swim – your cup suits any occasion, all day, any day!

REUSE OVER & OVER AGAIN

Body, Wallet & Planet Friendly

This is one little cup that makes a huge difference! Lasting years, not hours – this eco-friendly alternative cuts down on unnecessary waste and money spent. With proper care, the Blood Cup can be reused over and over again for up to 10 years. That means no more last minute period panic and prep – just a happy wallet and an even happier planet! And without any chemicals or BPA, it’s a better period, every time. Here’s to changing your periods for good!

SAFE, SNUG & SECURE

No Stress, No Mess

Holding up to 4 pads’ worth of flow (or about 25ml), the Blood Cup lets you go about your day (or night) without those nagging period worries. With a reinforced cuff that helps to prevent folds, it opens up fully for proper suction – so say hello to hours of leak protection! Amazing!

I’ve used a different type of menstrual cup and this time I’m using blood. The material is softer and easy to use. The silicone bag comes in handy too!

I'm a first time user. Can be inserted easily but quite difficult to take out during the first few tries. Need to find a comfortable position for easy insert and removal. I love it so much. I can finally swim when I'm having my period. Tried using it on day and overnight and I don't feel it is inside me. I wish I have bought it earlier. Gentle reminder to wash hand with soap before removal to prevent bacteria infection/thrush.

No Going Back to Pads

I love this menstraul cup so much! It is my first time owning one, and I appreciate how encouraging and assuring the contents of the instructional pamphlet are. Based off my personal experience, despite it being my first cup, I found it easy to insert and remove because of the clear instructions given. Wearing it, especially on heavy flow days, makes me feel like I'm not even on my period which is crazy! I sincerely encourage ladies out there to get out of your comfort zone and try it, if not you will never know how amazing this product is. <3

Beginner friendly, easy to use !

Love the pouch it comes with, makes it so much easier to disinfect the cup before and after use. The cup is firm so it doesn't fold too easily once inserted, minimising leaks. I love the packaging as you get to learn and practice how to remove and insert the cup.

Glad to support a Singaporean brand

To be fair, I'm a long time cup user so it's a lot easier for me to use and get over the initial ick feeling.

What I really liked was that it came in its own silicon pouch that's pretty cute and less "basic" compared to putting it in a ziploc bag.

What I thought was cool but also "ummm" is that you actually have to fold the cup to remove it from the packaging. I was tugging and tugging it and then it occured to me that it was a way to teach me to use it. D'oh! Maybe a little note [if it was there, please make it bigger or something :D) would help folks figure that out.

Overall, great experience, fast delivery and love supporting a local brand.

Menstrual cup

I am just getting the hang of it and I am very excited to use it for my next period! However to me it is pretty difficult to take out as the suction is very strong but I am very pleased that my panties fo not have stains and I am saving the earth too

NO REGRETS

I have been researching on menstrual cup for a few months and finally took the leap to purchase one cos I was so fed up with purchasing pad every month (mainly price wise). I feel totally nothing when inserted, I almost forgot that I was on my period. This is the best switch ever and I am never going back to the pad life!!
The 120 days free return was also very assuring. And the customer service was 💯 too.
Try it for yourself girls, no regrets!!!

Hmm

Coming from a conservative household which raised me to stay away from inserting anything into the V, it took me rather painful experiences to get it in… I’m sure it’s not the cups fault, certainly. Learning curve is steep, and lots of research has to be made beforehand and lots of patience and relaxation… I’ll need more time and effort to get used to this but I can’t wait to rock periods like a boss so my experiences aren’t letting me down! Hope to get my first good experience out of this!

Easy to use

I’ve had a good experience thus far, the instructions were detailed and helpful. However I did have trouble pulling out the cup and trying to loose the suction. Might need more practice with that

Good switch from tampons

The cup itself was good, but I didn't receive any cleansing tablets in the package that came. It does take getting used to inserting the cup, with various positions. But, all in all, it was a good switch from tampons and saving the earth as well.

Glad I got it!

As a prior menstrual cup user, I was looking for a cup that was readily available in drugstores. Thankfully blood's menstrual cup was. I had decided to get a new cup as I felt that maybe having 2 would be better in terms of flood management, leakages etc.

Turns out that blood's menstrual cup was perfect for me as it was a smaller cup and sat better around my cervix, minimising leaks. Would still recommend to wear a pad on heavy flow days!

Menstrual Cup Convert

Frankly,it took me many years to try the menstrual cup. How many years you might be wondering? More than a decade! I was ready but it took a Singaporean brand to make me buy it. Haha! Blood made it easier to purchase as I don't need to decide between sizes or shapes. Since its made in Singapore, obviously it fits our Miss V. Anyways,my only concern is the insertion. Like the rest of them,it needs some getting used to and being comfortable with your own body. At first it was uncomfy. So I took it out and re-insert. Got some leaks here and there and finally the following days was like "Im the boss!". No more pantiliners not even undies. FREEDOM! 😁 Never felt so liberated with regards to period. Thank you Blood for producing this in Singapore and thanks for making it available in the Pharmacy👍🥰 By the way,can consider producing the menstrual cup soap too? Teehee 😁 Bravo Team Blood.

Best decision I've ever made!

Full honesty, getting into the cup life is the best decision I’ve ever made! Cleaner, greener, and best of all, gone are the days where I wake up in the morning with great fear, hoping that I didn’t stain the sheets overnight.

I would say that you should be comfortable with your body and your vagina before you try the cup, because sometimes you reaaaaally gotta get in there.

All in all, I absolutely love my Blood cup, and I’m already looking forward to using my little cup for my next period!

It's a keeper!

At first it was hard for me because I couldn’t find the right way, where’s the opening and got confused for awhile in the toilet but super glad that everything has sorted out. It was painful during the first insertion but after awhile I feel more comfortable.

When I tried to remove the cup, it was also a little bit painful but did it within my first try which is quite surprising to me. Second insertion was way more easier and smoother as I successfully did it at my first try,

I feel more confident to use it now and it is definitely a keeper! :)

The Blood cup is intimidating at first thought but once you pass the initial stage of fear, it was a breeze! A simple fold and a slip in, I can barely feel it.

It can last way longer than I expected before I need to empty it. Would highly recommend it for cost savings and sustainability!

safe to say I am officially swapping over to the cup life 😉

I think once I got over the initial fear of sticking something inside 😅, it was actually okay! There is always this fear that somehow it will drop out haha but so far 👌 after a while I forgot I even had it on

And defo the cleaning up is wayyyyy easier!!

Once i got over the initial fear of using it, think it’s safe to say I am officially swapping over to the cup life 😉

Just want to say that the cup is one of the best invention ever, I can’t believe I never used it earlier!

When I first put it in, it was quite uncomfortable but after a few tries I got the hang of it to the point that I didn’t feel a thing at all! Best is I don’t have to worry if it’s going to leak cause it was so secure.

I even wore it to sleep and exercise.

All in all, I would highly recommend using the Blood cup. Period is tough enough with all the cramps, bloatedness and crappiness…. Using the cup frees your mind from thinking when you will stain your clothing!

The Blood cup was quite comfortable for me :) The first few times were more painful but it became better after experimenting with the folds 😊

I have a feeling I’ll be using Blood’s cup for a very, very long time!

The learning experience for Blood’s cup is pretty interesting!

I really appreciate that that the pouch was given to sterilised the cup. I would definitely be using it at work and home whenever it’s the time of the month. It will definitely bring awareness that periods are normal and not a taboo issue. Also, I really love the aesthetic of the pouch!

As a first timer, It did took me a while to put the cup in but thanks to the Blood packaging, it has a guided reference and there’s even a “practice” hole! It really helped me understand how to fold the cup and how to pop it open! I honestly had fun practicing and understanding my body better with Blood’s cup.

Again, It was a pretty interesting experience once I got the hang of it. I tried tugging it downwards but the Blood’s cup really clings on to the walls. I like how the cup doesn’t feel thin but feels thick instead because as a first timer, I’m so worried that it might overflow or slip out of me. Haha!

Honestly. It did felt strange having something in me but after an hour, I barely noticed it. It felt comfortable like I’m not wearing the cup at all.

I’m actually thankful for the Blood’s cup measurements because I can actually track if I’m bleeding more or less on that day. I tend to overflow on my pads after 4 hours but using Blood’s cup, it’s barely 2 teaspoons of blood!

It’s really shocking that I have been environmentally unfriendly to the earth by purchasing many pads when it’s barely 2 teaspoons of blood.

Before using the cup, I joined Blood’s facebook group and there was concerns about using the cup. I definitely learned more from others on how to use it and I definitely appreciate that Blood gives out proper information to people who has periods.

As a person who is afraid of taking risks, I would definitely recommend purchasing Blood’s cup because not only will you be saving the environment, you will feel like you’re in a community with people who are going through the same experience as you.

I honestly learned more about my body and periods with Blood.

I have a feeling I’ll be using Blood’s cup for a very, very long time!

The Blood cup is actually as comfortable as the tampons I usually use 👍 I only wish I had tried a menstrual cup earlier as there are only pros - saving the environment tons of waste, a good investment (a menstrual cup lasts for years with proper care), it’s easy to clean and feels comfortable with no leaks. I highly recommend this product to all ladies out there. Even for someone who has never tried everything other than a pad, it is pretty easy to get used to it - just relax and practice.

This being my first time using a menstrual cup, I was pleasantly surprised by how it well worked. While it didn’t work very well for me on days with heavy flow (because it is quite small), it worked wonders on light days. You really don’t feel it inside of you and you’ll get the hang of putting it in or taking it out after a few times! Would recommend especially if your flow in general is light or if you can afford to empty the cup frequently!

I will definitely recommend others to try out the menstrual cup. For me, it is easy to insert and remove. It make the whole menstrual period so much pleasant experience. The only think I find it a bit difficult is leaning the cup as the toilet is the best.

The only thing I can advise is relax when inserting and removing of the cup. Do not try to pull out the cup by force. Just relax and strain abit like doing a poo, as this will help the cup to move down whereby it make the removal of cup more easy.
