Account

No worries – you can login to your account anytime and make changes to your address, billing and shipping information. Just login, hit edit, and make the necessary changes. Easy-peasy!

Orders & Shipping

Shipping (via express courier delivery) is free on all orders over $25. For orders less than $25, shipping is just $1.49.

Orders are shipped on the next business day.

So hang tight and you'll be with your goodies soon!

A shipping confirmation will be sent to your email address once your order has been shipped. This will include your tracking number so you can watch out for your delivery.

If you've just placed your order, write to us immediately here with the correct address. 

We won't be able to change it if the order has already been processed or mailed out, but wrong addresses usually mean that the item will be shippedback to us. In that case, sit back and we'll update you when we have news about your package!

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of up to 120 days for our Menstrual Cup Kit and 30 days for all other products. If you'd like to return your item, please contact us here with your order number and any other details that may help to speed up the process.

If any of the products arrive damaged or defective, please provide us with information on the defect, together with clear photos of the product and its packaging.
