Return Conditions

Only products purchased on the Blood official site or official retailers are eligible for our 100% Money-back Guarantee. All products purchased from other stores will have to follow respective store's return process and policy.

  • Only first time purchase of the returned product(s) is eligible for the return
  • Product(s) shipped outside of Singapore are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Original receipt must be presented for exchange or return
  • Original product(s) is required
  • Only product(s) at the original billing or shipping address will be eligible for the return
  • For Hipkini Bamboo Underwear Only: Under our size swap scheme, you are eligible for a one-time replacement. For customers who have purchased more than one piece, the size swap will cover all pieces in your order upon returns – the first piece you have tried is yours to keep. Returned product(s) must be in its new and original condition, and original product packaging must be attached with its original labels. 
  • For Ultra-thin Corn Pads, Ultra-thin Corn Liners or Overnight 50cm Panty Pads Only: Returned product(s) must be in its new and original condition, in its original product packaging.
  • For MenstruHeat, BackHeat, NeckHeat or KneeHeat Only: Only eligible for products that have unforeseen damages, defects or incompatibility. Returned product(s) must be in its new and original condition, in its original product packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment valued at 100% of your purchase or a gift card valued at 130% of your purchase, and may take up to 21 business days to be processed. If you made a purchase using a discount code and would like to return a product, the dollar value of any offer code will not be refunded or credited back.

Cancellation, Exchange or Return Requests

  • You may cancel an order any time prior to delivery.
  • All cancellation, exchange or return requests will be attended to during business hours on Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6PM (Singapore Time, GMT +8), not including Public Holidays.
